A new food truck has joined the flavorful lineup in Disney Springs: Local Green Orlando!

The parent restaurant, Local Green Atlanta, is a spot that specializes in vegan, vegetarian, and pescatarian options.

Items on the menu include the Rappers Delight (Salmon Philly), the Monsta (Shrimp Burger), the Bubba Sparxx (vegan Pulled BBQ Sandwich), and the Oh Boy (vegan Beyond Burger). They also have sides like Elote Street Corn and Air Fries!

The Local green website shares that their mission is “to redefine healthy, affordable food for all by creating an ecosystem based on trust and accountability.
