Hey all! The countdown has begun! The Disney Dream Dine Around begins in just one day, and I’m still eagerly accepting your questions about dining on the Disney Cruise Line’s newest ship.
Got Questions?
So far I’ve got some great dining questions to investigate — even one about Dole Whips! If you have a question about dining on the ship, send it my way via twitter or facebook!
But In The Meantime…
Now, while I’m still anticipating my sailing, cast members and friends are returning from even earlier cruises bubbling over with positive reviews of the ship’s restaurants and food!
You can expect much more where this came from, but here’s a little photo blog of one friend’s meal at the Royal Palace restaurant on the Disney Dream, which was his favorite of the three rotational dining restaurants! Clearly he dined on some incredible food; let’s take a look…
Pomegranate Glazed Duck Breast, with Gewurzterminer Gelee and Pomegranate Glaze
Escargot Gratines: Herb Marinated Snails with Finely Chopped Mushrooms, topped with Garlic Butter and Breadstick
Belle’s French Onion Soup with Gruyere Cheese Crouton
Double-Cut Rack of Lamb with a Dijon Crust, with Fine Green Beans, Gratin Potatoes, and Rosemary Jus
Tahitian Vanilla Creme Brulee with Macaroon
Grand Marnier Souffle Infused with Fresh Orange Zest and Served with Creme Anglaise
And that’s just the tip of the iceberg. Stay tuned for more First Look reveals of the restaurants and food on the Disney Dream Cruise Ship! I’ll be embarking for my cruise on Wednesday and will keep you updated (depending on spotty internet connections at sea!) on the eats available all around the ship.
Even if you haven’t cruised before (like me!), checking out what’s available is half the fun — and I can’t wait to share it with you.

Hi AJ –
The Mom in me is interested in what sorts of food will be available in the children’s areas. Just pizza and nuggets for the kids when Mom and Dad are at Remy? Anything special to eat/drink in the teen lounge?
Thanks for sharing this. I am so happy you were able to be on this cruise. I know we will get to see great food pics and reviews.
Thank you, AJ! I’m looking forward to the fine dining on the Dream and these pictures have whet my appetite.
Oooo…. duck, escargot, and Grand Marnier souffle – 3 of my favorite foods! 😀 Thanks for the preview, AJ, and looking forward to the full Dream Dine Around!
