On a recent stroll around Epcot’s World Showcase, I paid a visit to the Spice Road Table Juice Bar in the Morocco Pavilion. It was a hot afternoon (no surprise there!), so I was seeking out the Chef-created ice cream to cool down a bit.
However, I noticed a few new additions to the non-alcoholic Oasis Slushies on the menu: the Desert Rose and the Tangerine Delight have joined the Royal Blue Slushie.
Since I was after anything cold at that point, I thought I would try something new.
Guests could previously find the Desert Rose (made with Pink Lemonade) and Royal Blue Slush (made with Blue Raspberry) at the Morocco Oasis Kiosk which also offered the Sultan’s Colada and the Moroccorita cocktails.
Since the arrival of Spice Road Table, that kiosk has been removed, so it’s nice to know that some – in fact, most — of those offerings are available at the Juice Bar (by the way, it’s a little difficult to read in the photo, but the price for a non-alcoholic Slushie is $5.99).
Tangerine Delight was new to me, so I decided to give it a whirl!
I am SO glad I did… this simple slush packs a TON of flavor. Everything you need to know about it is in the name: Tangerine Delight! I didn’t pick up on any flavors outside of pure tangerine.
While there wasn’t any pulp (it’s your typical ice slush, consistency-wise, with an emphasis on the teeny ice bits), I could almost taste a bit of the rind — the flavor was that pure and true. It’s noted on the menu that it’s made with tangerine juice, so I guess that’s why.
If you’re someone who can’t get your fill of tangerines or Clementines when they’re in season, this sunshine-in-a-cup is a must try.
Brain freeze, however, is imminent. Take it from me… and don’t say I didn’t warn you 😉 .
Which Oasis Slushie would you choose? Please let us know with a comment!

Ugh I am so jealous I want one (mostly I just want to be at WDW right now…).
I would totally get the Tangerine Delight. You’ve sold me.

Can these non-alcoholic drinks be counted as a snack on the Dining Plan?

That sounds delicious! I can’t wait to have one in September!

Tangerine delight! For sure…

that is the best one of the three. I tried the Habibi Daiquiri – non-alcoholic last week – it was good.

That looks & sounds divine! I love anything that gives both the sweet & the tart citrus-y flavors. Guess I’ll have to go raid my freezer for an ice pop.
BTW, Edy’s Outshine fruit bars makes a tangerine flavor that is excellent and would probably do as a stand in for those of us far away from Epcot. (I’d guess their sister company Dryers has them also, but we have Edy’s here in the midwest).
