The Mexico Pavilion in Epcot is ready to celebrate Dia de los Muertos this year with a special appearance by a visiting artist and plenty of Dia de los Muertos merchandise!
Visiting artist Carmelita Melchor Jimon will be in the Plaza de los Amigos between now and November 4. While she is here she will be painting and signing Catrinas.
You can see Jimon’s Catrinas along with some of the Dia de los Muertos merchandise that is available in the Plaza year round.
Be sure to take some time to stop by here and look at the detail, craftsmanship and artistry on display in these works of art.
There’s plenty of Dia de los Muertos merchandise available, including those Minnie Mouse ears!
Here’s a closer look at these pretty cool ears! We spotted them in a couple of places around the parks this season, and they were in stock in the Mexico pavilion when we were there this week.
There are tanks as well as t-shirts for Dia de los Muertos — which is great since it is still pretty warm here in Central Florida!
This simple design is really appealing to us. Which shirt are you choosing?
We spotted this pretty cool hat, take a close look at the detail in this, it is a little hidden since it is pink on pink — but it’s there!
Plus this skull — we’re loving the entire design.
And as always with Disney, it’s the hidden details — can you see the skull here in the World Showcase embroidery?
If you need a tumbler for your water (or margaritas!) there are a couple of Tervis Tumblers to choose from — with colorful Dia de los Muertos designs on them.
Don’t forget, over in the All Star Resorts you can pick up this Dia de los Muertos cupcake for a limited time!
