Earlier this morning, we brought you details about the Disney on Broadway Concert Series and Dining Packages for the 2019 Epcot Festival of the Arts, which will run from January 18 – February 25, 2019. And now, we have even more news about the event… and it’s our favorite kind: FOOD news!
The Festival of the Arts celebrates the Culinary Arts with Food Studios — much like the Epcot Food and Wine Festival’s Food Booths — presenting enhanced food offerings around the park, with an emphasis on artistic presentation for the unique dishes and drinks.
We now know a little more about the thirteen Food Studios coming to the Festival!

will return, featuring a NEW beef wellington with mushroom bordelaise, fennel cream and roasted baby vegetables, among other dishes.
The Painter’s Palate will also return with a new dish: smoked salmon and cream gâteau with egg yolk cream, paddlefish caviar and micro-herbs.
Pop Eats! is where you’ll find a returning favorite: the beautiful almond frangipane cake with raspberry and chocolate!
And Cuisine Classique will once again serve up red wine-braised short rib with parsnip purée, broccolini, baby tomatoes and aged balsamic.
And don’t forget, the Epcot Festival of the Arts also presents unique opportunities for channeling your inner artist! Among these will be the Paint with a Disney Artist program and other workshops (for an additional fee) and complimentary seminars. Scheduling information for these events will be available at a later date, but you can learn more about these offerings on our 2019 Epcot Festival of the Arts page.

Extra fun around the park will once again include Artful Photo Opportunities, Figment’s Brush with the Masters Scavenger Hunt, additional entertainment all around Epcot, and more!
We’ll look forward to keeping you posted on the 2019 Epcot Festival of the Arts as more information is revealed!

We had the braised beef a couple years ago. Wonderful. Can’t wait to have it again.
