White Truffle Dinner, Prix Fixe Menu Menu Returning to Ravello at Four Seasons Resort at Walt Disney World

The Four Seasons Resort Orlando at Walt Disney World offers lots of great dining, and the hotel’s luxurious restaurant Ravello is bringing back a celebration of modern Italian cuisine with a white truffle dinner and a prix-fixe menu for a limited time!

The popular Italian Festival consists a five-course white truffle dinner and a prix-fixe menu packed with Italian favorites! The restaurant’s executive chef Fabrizio Schenardi brings expertise from his home — Torino, Italy — and partners with the Region of Piedmont in Italy and the Italian Food Style Education to raise the standard of Italian dining in central Florida.

The centerpiece of the Italian Festival is the white truffle dinner which includes dishes like Baccala Tartare, Risotto, Glazed Duck Legs, and Meringue. Every course features the white Alba truffle from Italy and a wine pairing. The white truffle dinner costs $195 and will be served on Saturday, February 2, at 6:30PM.

The prix-fixe menu is available January 29 through February 3 and features Filet of Beef, Gnocchi, and Chocolate Bon Bons! This menu costs $56. If you want to try one of the prix-fixe menu items but don’t want the others, diners are able to order these items a la carte as well!
