Tables in Wonderland members will want to be informed about an upcoming member-exclusive Event.
June 13th will present a new offering for The Chef’s Table Experience. The Contemporary Resort Chef’s Table Experience will present the Contemporary Catering Chefs and Service Staff at the Exclusive Chef’s Table located backstage at Disney’s Contemporary Resort Convention Center.
The event will begin at 7:00 PM with a reception and champagne toast in the Catering Kitchen before moving through a secret entrance to the Chef’s Table.
Six courses will be presented and finished onstage accompanied by an outstanding wine selection. The opportunity will allow for interaction with the sommelier and chefs.
The price is $259 per Guest, plus tax (gratuity included). Within the six-course menu, the featured entrée will be Buffalo Tenderloin, Florida Potato Pave, Summer Vegetables, Pomegranate with a Red Wine Reduction paired with Cape Mentelle Cabernet Sauvignon, as Cape Mentelle is the featured winery for the evening.
