The movie is Clouds, and we’re pretty sure this one is going to be a tearjerker!

Clouds is based on the true story of 17-year-old Zach Sobiech, who became a YouTube sensation in 2012 with his song “Clouds.” Zach, though, suffered from a rare bone cancer, which he later learned had spread. Here’s the trailer:
