Today we’re celebrating the official grand opening of Gideon’s Bakehouse in Disney Springs!

The grand opening is filled with limited-edition cookies, free merchandise, and more! While visiting to get our hands on those delicious cookies, we spotted some new decor and it’s seriously eye-catching.
Not only is Gideon’s Bakehouse serving up incredible desserts, but the shop also has an interesting and mysterious backstory. Gideon’s tells a tale of a seller of rare books and antiquities, Jonathan Lindwurm. It seems that Lindwurm’s ledger and daguerreotype were found during the shop’s construction, and now some of his antiquities can be found throughout the bakehouse!
