Well, we’re in luck today because we’re trying out a NEW shake over at Black Tap Burgers and Shakes. This spot is known for some seriously over-the-top and PRICY milkshakes. So, what are we trying today?
Black Tap just introduced the Red Velvet Cake Batter Classic Shake. A similar shake was introduced last year for Valentine’s Day, so we’re excited to see how this iteration holds up.

We stopped by to snag this treat made with classic red velvet cake batter ice cream with whipped cream, chocolate drizzle, and a cherry.

Honestly, they NAILED the red velvet flavor! We felt like we were drinking a slice of cake. Sure, it was super-rich, but that’s also a TOTAL delight.

Red velvet fans would probably find themselves LOVING this sip, but you might want to stay away if you’re not looking for something too sweet.

You can snag this for $12 at Black Tap. We will say that $12 feels like a little bit much for a milkshake BUT this is one of the better shakes we’ve ever had at Black Tap! We were really impressed with the flavor.
