Evacuated once from Splash Mountain due to a passing thunderstorm where something was struck by lightening.
This happened as we were approaching the top of the climb before the big drop. Luckily we were not is the front car because they were in, basically, exposed to the elements which included the torrential downpour for about 15 minutes. We were we but not as soaked.
BTW – Great view of the MK fireworks from the top of that lift hill if you can time it just right.
