While a day at the Magic Kingdom may seem destined to be expensive, there are ways to enjoy a delicious meal at the “Most Magical Place on Earth” without breaking the bank.
In fact, believe it or not, you can have a filling meal at the Magic Kingdom for LESS THAN $20! How, well it all depends on the right menu choices!
Let’s start off at the Columbia Harbour House, the New England seafood restaurant located in Liberty Square. While many of the items on the menu come in at under $20, there are a couple that stand out to us as favorites.
For $14.79, you can get Maple-Glazed Salmon with green beans and rice.
If you’re sharing with someone else, or simply want to enjoy a rare deep-fried treat, there’s the $14.29 Trio Platter. This offering includes beer-battered shrimp, fried chicken, and beer-battered fish served with French fries and Hushpuppies!
Finally, the restaurant also features a plant-based option for under $20 in the plant-based Crispy Mushroom Roll, which features cornmeal-fried mushrooms, plant-based spicy tartar sauce, lettuce, tomatoes, and a pickle served with French fries and costs $13.
If you’re not feeling any of the Columbia Harbor House options, head over to the Plaza Restaurant instead. While most of the items on this turn-of-the-century-themed eater are over $20, one exception is the $17 Chipotle Barbecue Pork Sandwich, which features slow-cooked pulled pork with Coca-Cola Chipotle Barbecue Sauce and Coleslaw served on a toasted potato roll.
While we’ve highlighted these options, there are still others scattered around the park on various menus. In addition, other tips we’d recommend to keep your Magic Kingdom food budget under $20 include ordering kids’ meal options and sticking to free water as your beverage.
Each of these meals can get you through a day at the Magic Kingdom for LESS than $20! Stay tuned to DFB for more Disney dining tips!
