The Disney Cruise Line is preparing to welcome its ninth ship to the fleet. The Disney Believe will be the fourth ship in the Disney Wish Class, and she sets sail on her maiden voyage on December 18th, 2027.

The Disney Believe is a sister ship to the Disney Wish, the Disney Treasure, and the Disney Destiny, but the Believe will present its own unique design theme and story motifs! 

The Disney Believe — Destinations

The Disney Believe will offer four- and five-night sailings to the Bahamas and the Caribbean from her home port, Port Everglades in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. 

The Disney Believe Theme

The Disney Believe will present its own unique motif: one of promise and possibilities. There will be elements from the “mystical worlds of Encanto and Frozen, to the wishing wells of Snow White, to the depths of the sea with Moana and The Little Mermaid, there are endless stories waiting to be discovered and new chapters ready to unfold onboard.”

Disney has also shared that stories from Pixar, Marvel, and Star Wars will be part of the experience aboard the Disney Believe.

The Disney Believe Atrium — Welcome Aboard

The Grand Hall

Passengers aboard the Disney Believe are welcomed into the Grand Hall, a new and stunning atrium design that debuted with the Disney Wish. The Disney Believe’s signature bronze sculpture features Moana and her companions, Pua and Hei Hei, and Disney shares that the Grand Hall will be “infused with the optimistic spirit of exploration from Disney Animation’s Moana films.”

The concept art above, which was first revealed at D23: The Ultimate Fan Event held in August 2026, also provides a glimpse of the “artisanal Polynesian finishes that honor the cultural traditions of the region” of the South Pacific.

Dining on the Disney Believe

The Disney Believe — Rotational Family Dining

The Disney Believe will boast three restaurants as part of Disney Cruise Line’s signature Rotational Dining, whereby you get to eat for dinner at three unique restaurants while your wonderful crew servers rotate with you so they get to know your group and dining preferences!

Oaken’s Table: A Frozen Family Feast

The new restaurant and dinner show that is entirely unique to the Disney Believe is Oaken’s Table: A Frozen Family Feast!

“Yoo-Hoo!!” Oaken is setting the tables for a festive family reunion in the courtyard of his Scandinavian Summerhaus tucked away in an enchanted forest… and YOU are invited!

The meal-meets-musical will feature a show that includes “rousing, reimagined renditions of famous tunes from the popular ‘Frozen’ soundtracks,” and you’ll even see more friends from Arendelle like Anna and Kristoff.  The meal presented will be a “family-friendly feast inspired by Nordic flavors.”

Worlds of Marvel

The Disney Wish presented the first-ever Marvel dining adventure, and we’re thrilled that guests aboard the Disney Believe will also have the chance to experience Worlds of Marvel!

Worlds of Marvel lets guests “play an interactive role in an action-packed Avengers mission that unfolds around them,” making this a truly immersive experience.

Cuisine is based on the Marvel Cinematic Universe, with food inspired by Wakanda, Eastern European Sokovia, California, China, South America, and New York City.

1923

1923, named after the founding year of Walt Disney Animation Studios, takes guests on a journey through animation. Dining areas present an upscale Hollywood setting with “a dash of Disney whimsy.”

Guests can take in the surrounding artwork depicting both modern and classic Disney animated productions while they dine.

Dishes feature fresh California flavors “inspired by the fusion of cultural flavors” found throughout the Golden State, with items everyone in the family can enjoy.

Disney Believe — Casual Dining

If you’ve been following — or perhaps have even sailed on — and of the Wish Class ship, you may be familiar with Marceline Market, which is coming to the Disney Believe, as well. This food hall — named after Walt Disney’s childhood home of Marceline, Missouri — houses different food stations, here known as markets, “inspired by popular marketplaces from around the world.”

While enjoying favorite foods along with constantly-changing offerings, guests can take in ocean views from inside or from an outdoor seating area on the upper decks.

Additional casual dining options on the upper decks feature “a festive character twist!”

Character-inspired food stations, such as we’ve seen with Mickey & Friends Festival of Foods on the Wish Class, serve up quick bites throughout the day and well into the evening.

These spots include Mickey’s Smokestack BBQ, Daisy’s Pizza Pies, Goofy’s Grill and Minnie’s Delights. Unique to the Believe will be Pluto’s Pita Platters serving fresh shawarma wraps and flavorful Mediterranean bowls!

Disney Believe — Bars & Lounges

Sea Notes

This stylish piano lounge, Sea Notes, takes you into Ariel’s undersea kingdom with themes inspired by The Little Mermaid.

Here you can sip a cocktail while you unwind and enjoy live music!

Wishing Well

The next lounge on our list is themed to Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs, where you can enjoy live music and family activities. The menu has coffee, cocktails, mocktails, and spirits made to create a welcoming gathering space.

There are plenty of enchanting woodland touches, floral details, and castle-like touches. This looks like it’s going to be a popular spot during the daytime!

Haunted Mansion Parlor

One of the most popular Disney Cruise Line lounges is BACK on the Disney Believe! Haunted Mansion Parlor is designed to have lots of nods to the popular Disney parks attraction, but this version will have an all-new menu of craft cocktails.

As you’re unwinding in this space, you’ll spot plenty of hidden details and special effects that will keep you entertained the whole night through. Be on the lookout for the happy haunts!

Skygazers

Disney says you can “settle in beneath a shimmering canopy of stars at this observatory-themed pub where dreamers and wish-makers gather.”

The menu will include craft brews and specialty cocktails, and this will be your go-to spot to catch sports on TV.

Disney Believe — Cafes and Sweet Shops

Joyful Sweets

In the mood for something sweet? Head to Joyful Sweets, the Inside Out-inspired shop where you’ll be able to order 20 different flavors of handmade gelato.

They’ll also serve cupcakes, macarons, cupcakes, and other confections.

This space will be bright and colorful, with nods to the emotions of Riley’s mind, including Anxiety and Envy. Unlike the rotational dining, these sweet shops on the ships are typically an extra paid cost (the same goes for the coffee shops).

Big Hero Sips

If you’re in need of a caffeine fix during your vacation, look no further than the two walk-up cafes onboard the Disney Believe. Here, you’ll be able to order coffee, tea, specialty beverages, and snacks throughout the day.

Big Hero Sips will be located on Deck 5 and will be themed to Big Hero 6.

Café Kakamora

When you’re on Deck 6, you can stop by Café Kakamora, themed to Moana and Moana 2. Disney says that here you’ll be able to “recharge amid the island charm of Montunui.”

Like the sweets shop, the drinks here are usually an extra charge, so make sure to budget for coffee if you’re interested in stopping by either of these cafes during your cruise.

Disney Believe — Water Features and Upper Decks

AquaMouse

The Disney Wish presented the first Disney attraction AT SEA: the AquaMouse! And now, the Disney Believe will present “”4 new zany adventures filled with twists, turns and splash-tacular surprises!” The AquaMouse is a 760-foot-long water ride. Each ship in Disney’s Wish Class has its own unique special shorts that plays during the ride in keeping with that ship’s theme.

Along with the AquaMouse, the upper decks of the Disney Believe will feature more water activities — including TEN POOLS — quick and casual dining options, and lots of places to SIMPLY RELAX.

Among the water features is the Toy Story Splash Zone for families with toddlers and little ones, with a splash zone, wading pool, a family waterslide (the Slide-a-saurus Rex!).

And adults specifically can enjoy the secluded Quiet Cove, aboard the Believe, as well, “dedicated to lounging, sipping and soaking.”

Disney Believe — Hero Zone

If you’re looking for some active family time, Hero Zone (on Decks 12 and 13) is where you’ll want to go!

This is a “futuristic sports arena where physical activity is blended with imagination, alternating between an elaborate family obstacle course and a free-play sports hub.” Here, imagination meets active play with sports courts, a game floor, a movie theater, and a playground!

Families are able to take on some physical challenges themed to Disney’s heroes during game show-style competitions. Just want to watch instead of participate? You can head to the balcony viewing area to cheer on the participants!

And what better theme for a family game area than The Incredibles?!

The offering, dubbed the Incredi-Games, is a “highly interactive, imaginatively produced game show” with an incredible obstacle course, challenge games, and more, all themed to the popular Pixar movie. Here’s what you can expect inside:

• Mr. Incredibles Power Punch — heroes test their strength by busting through a “brick” wall
• Jack-Jack’s Whack-A Rac — you’ll face off against Rocky and his raccoon friends from Incredibles 2
• Elastigirl’s Stretch-O-Rama — an obstacle area with a variety of twists and turns
• Dash’s Mad Dash Mayhem — made for the “speedsters” of your family
• Violet’s Force Field Swing — sends supers soaring across an imaginary lava field
• Frozone’s Ice Slide — “where heroes will ascend to the highest peak and slide down the icy slope to victory”
• In addition to the family competition, the littlest ones can compete in a Disney Cruise Line tradition: Jack-Jack’s Incredible Diaper Dash, where infants “speed-crawl across a 20-foot track amid the cheers (and chuckles) of family, friends, and adoring fans.”

Disney Believe — Entertainment

A true hallmark of Disney Cruise Line is the onboard ENTERTAINMENT! Let’s see what the Believe will have to offer…

Walt Disney Theatre

On every Disney Cruise Line ship, the Walt Disney Theatre is home to original Broadway-style shows developed exclusively for Disney Cruise Line.

On the Disney Believe, the featured productions include two Disney Cruise Line fan favorites — Tangled and Disney Seas the Adventure — and a NEW and exclusive show: Encanto!

Disney Seas the Adventure

Disney Seas the Adventure is an original musical production starring dear Disney and Pixar pals and featuring unforgettable Disney songs!

Captain Minnie has handed the helm of the ship over to Goofy and, well… it’s a “venture into uncharted waters” from here! This show is also presented on the Disney Wish (where it made its debut) and the other Wish Class ships.

Disney Believe — Adult-Exclusive Experiences

Several adult-exclusive dining experiences are coming to the Disney Believe!

Beauty and the Beast-Inspired Spaces

Adults are able to experience a suite of 3 adult-exclusive dining experiences inspired by Beauty and the Beast! Of-age guests can visit The Rose to sip on a before or after-dinner cocktail or choose from an extensive collection of wines and liquors.

Another signature spot is Palo Steakhouse, inspired by Cogsworth. 

The menu brings both Italian fare and modern steakhouse dining to the table. Please be aware that Palo is not included in the cruise fare.

Adults may also choose to dine at Enchanté, inspired by Lumière!

Enchanté is the ship’s most elegant dining experience, with a gourmet menu created by three-Michelin-starred Chef Arnaud Lallement. Please be aware that Enchanté is not included in the cruise fare, and the prix-fixe meal costs $145 per guest to dine.

Senses Spa

“AAAAHHH…” it’s Senses Spa!

This relaxing oasis offers extra pampering in the form of spa and beauty treatments. The space features private treatment rooms and spa villas, as well as steam and aromatherapy rooms.

And Senses Fitness is complete with state-of-the-art exercise equipment.

Two more pampering places are making their way from the Disney Wish. For men, Hook’s Barbery is a twist on a traditional European men’s salon, inspired by its namesake, Captain Cook. Services include cuts, shaves, nail care, and skincare, and the spot also features a hidden bar.

And the Untangled Salon is inspired by the film Tangled. This standalone salon offers haircuts and styling, manicures and pedicures, teeth whitening, and skin treatments.

These spaces are in addition to the adult-exclusive lounges and Quiet Cove.

Disney Believe — Staterooms and Suites

Now, let’s talk about YOUR PERSONAL OASIS aboard the Disney Believe… your Stateroom!

Disney Believe Staterooms

Staterooms

Solarium Stateroom

The staterooms are inspired by some of Disney and Pixar’s most beloved characters and stories. The Solarium Stateroom is themed with the playful spirit of Disney Pixar’s Toy Story.

There are a ton of fun Toy Story-themed pictures on the walls, and the room offers a gorgeous ocean view.

Concierge room

The same can be said about the Concierge room! If you are staying in concierge, you can enjoy a stay in Neverland with theming inspired by the Disney Animation classic Peter Pan.

You’ll find nods to the classic film in places around the stateroom. Disney gave us a look into the bathroom, and there was a giant photo of Neverland by the bath.

The room’s most eye-catching detail is probably the big picture above the bed’s headboard of Peter Pan flying with Wendy, John, and Michael through the London night sky.

Verandah Stateroom

The Verandah Stateroom is themed after Disney’s Moana, and EVERYONE loves Moana!

Just look at that stunning piece of artwork above the bed! Disney gave us a cool look at the room during the day…

…and during the night.

Inside Stateroom

We got a look at the smaller Inside Stateroom, and this one is also themed after Moana.

Oceanview Stateroom

Disney also shared a look at a Moana-themed Oceanview Stateroom.

While we saw staterooms themed after Moana, Peter Pan, and Toy Story, there will also be rooms themed after Coco and Inside Out. Disney also noted that the staterooms on the Disney Believe will be “spacious, comfortable and functional, uniquely meeting the needs of families.” All staterooms will feature “ample storage, with most also having the signature split-bath concept, roomy closets and elevated bed frames with generous under-bed space.”

Most staterooms will have a stunning view of the ocean, with “70 percent including a spacious verandah and more than 450 connecting doors to accommodate larger families.”

Royal Suites

Royal Reef Suite

The Disney Believe will present TWO new royal suites. One is the Royal Reef Suite, themed after Disney Animation’s The Little Mermaid. You can see nods and details to the movie all around the room. Can you spot the picture of King Triton’s castle?

The primary bathroom has a ton of space for families, and we love the colors!

The primary bedroom is stunning as well. The headboard looks like a seashell almost, and the overhead light has a cool design. We also see another picture on the wall from the classic film.

Royal Rose Suite

The other of the two suites is the Royal Rose Suite, inspired by, you guessed it, Disney Animation’s Beauty and the Beast. Can you see the pictures of Belle walking around town on the wall? How about the overhead light, which looks to be designed like a bunch of gold roses.

We got a look at the Royal Rose Suite living room, and it looks unbelievable. We love all of the photos on the wall, and that spiral staircase is just catching our eye.

The primary bathroom has an elegance to it that simply matches the iconic Disney Princess.

The same can be said about the primary bedroom!

Believe Tower Suite

You’re going to be thrilled to hear about the Believe Tower Suite, which is EXCLUSIVE to the Disney Believe. This is a one-of-a-kind suite that sleeps eight and draws inspiration from “the timeless world of fantasy, promise and possibility that is Magic Kingdom Park.” That’s right, this suite is themed after Magic Kingdom!

Each of the suite’s rooms is modeled after the different themed lands at Magic Kingdom.

The two-story suite will be situated in the forward funnel and will feature unique elements hinting at the park we know and love, including light fixtures inspired by fireworks and balloons, as well as a magical art piece depicting Cinderella Castle.

The Disney Believe Size and Capacity

Ships in the Wish Class typically hold up to 4,000 passengers in about 1,200 staterooms. The ship’s gross tonnage should be about 144,000, and the ship will likely measure 1,119 feet long and 128 feet wide, assuming the Disney Believe stays in keeping with her sister ships.

The Disney Believe — The Bow and Stern

At D23: The Ultimate Fan Event in August 2026, Disney revealed that the bow of the Disney Believe will feature the one and only Tinker Bell as she first appeared in the Walt Disney Animation Studios film, Peter Pan.

She will be “flanked by the silhouettes of Peter, Wendy, Captain Hook, and other characters from the film flying amid the swirling design.”

Uniquely, in keeping with the Toy Story theme of the stern, Woody and Buzz will appear as though they are etching the name of the ship with yellow crayons! The design also yields the franchise’s unique font. 

The Disney Believe Construction

The Disney Believe is currently under construction in Papenburg, Germany at the Meyer Werft Shipyard.
