Dolphin Restaurants
bluezoo is an award-winning restaurant by celebrity chef Todd English. Offering an innovative menu of fresh seafood in unique presentations, this chic location is perfect for your special occasions.
Cabana Bar and Beach Club is conveniently located near the pool. Appetizers, salads and flatbreads are served in a South Beach chic setting. Enjoy your light fare outdoors on a warm evening!
The Fountain is the place to stroll in for comfort food in a diner-like setting. Save room for some completely outstanding ice cream concoctions!
Fuel is a grab-and-go market, but it boasts a bit more than your typical snacks and sandwiches. A specialty coffee and espresso bar and a Frozen Yogurt station are among the offerings that elevate Fuel from your typical grab-and-go.
Picabu, featuring the colorful decor of the animated character, Picabu, will help keep you awake during a late-night stop! This quick-service restaurant has a variety of food stations serving cafeteria type food along with unique items such as beef chimichangas.
Phins is the striking lobby bar in the Dolphin. Enjoy craft beers, wine (including selections on tap), specialty cocktails and globally-inspired appetizers in this stunning space.
Rosa Mexicano has opened its first Orlando-area location at the Walt Disney World Dolphin! The new restaurant offers “an elevated fiesta dining experience” which includes signature menu items and award-winning margaritas. The menu at Rosa Mexicano offers a contemporary interpretation of authentic Mexican cuisine which includes beloved classics and innovative dishes that pay tribute to Mexico’s richly varied culinary regions. Over 100 varieties of tequila and agave-based spirits are featured. The restaurant’s signature frozen pomegranate margarita (which was named the best in New York City!) is also available. (Rosa Mexicano is replacing the space previously occupied by Fresh Mediterranean Market in the Dolphin hotel.)
Shula’s Steak House emphasizes indulgence with large portions and generous custom center cuts of steak. Memorabilia of the 1972 Miami Dolphins and Coach Don Shula is tastefully displayed amidst the cherry wood decor.
Swan Restaurants
Garden Grove serves American fare for breakfast and lunch in an indoor, park-like setting centered around a 25-foot Oak tree.
Il Mulino New York Trattoria was inspired by the original New York City location which has been voted #1 Italian restaurant for two decades by Zagat.
Kimonos Sushi Bar is creatively decorated with colorful kimonos in this authentic Japanese sushi bar. Voted Orlando’s best sushi by the Orlando Sentinel, Kimonos also serves up fun with nightly karaoke.
Java Bar lets you grab your morning cup o’ joe right in the Swan’s lobby.
Splash Pool Bar and Grill serves a variety of sandwiches and salads, perfect for dining poolside.
Swan Reserve Restaurants
Amare is inspired by the “tastes and cultures of the Mediterranean region,” and is the signature restaurant of the Swan Reserve.
Grounds offers specialty coffee beverages and grab-and-go bites.
Stir is a relaxing lounge in the lobby of the Swan Reserve.
Tangerine serves up poolside sips and eats!

Guests from other Resorts or the parks can access the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin by boat or walkway from EPCOT’s International Gateway and Disney’s Hollywood Studios.
