Step up to Ice Cold Hydraulics if:
You want — no, NEED — a different sweet treat. It’s not just cinnamon rolls and churros here. It’s cinnamon rolls with Coca-Cola-infused icing and savory churros topped with candied bacon, sriracha aioli, and scallions.
You still want something classic. Don’t worry, the Disney theme park staple snacks are still available here, too. So if you’d rather have popcorn, a Mickey-shaped pretzel/ice cream, or a non-savory churro, Ice Cold Hydraulics has got the goods.
You’re 21+ and need an afternoon pick-me-up. Along with a small variety of non-alcoholic frozen drinks, you can also get a SPIKED frozen Coca-Cola (if you’re of age, of course) with your choice of rum, vodka, or whiskey.
Skip Ice Cold Hydraulics if:
You want a snack that doesn’t have a 50/50 track record. Remember, “DIFFERENT” doesn’t always mean “DELICIOUS.” While we’ve enjoyed picking up these cinnamon rolls and churros in the past, they haven’t always been the top quality we were wanting them to be. So if you’d rather have a snack that’ll get in your good graces and stay there, you might be better off visiting a place like Woody’s Lunch Box or Ronto Roasters.
You’re an adult looking for a bigger beer selection. While Ice Cold Hydraulics has some of the more basic beer options that you can find pretty much anywhere, steps away from this kiosk is BaseLine Tap House—which is MUCH better known for its craft brews and beer flights.
You want to pay for a snack that’s worth it. Not to harp on the poor cinnamon roll again, but you can get WAY better cinnamon rolls around Disney World for LESS money at locations like Gaston’s Tavern in Magic Kingdom and Kringla Bakeri Og Kafe in EPCOT. So don’t think that this’ll be your ONLY chance at a cinnamon roll in Disney World. (Far from it!)
