Maria & Enzo’s is one of a trio of restaurants in Disney Springs which wadjacent to The Edison Complex. Along with Pizza Ponte and Enzo’s Hideaway, these three restaurants serve Italian cuisine, each in their own way.
According to the story, Maria & Enzo’s is set in a 1930s abandoned airline terminal in the Florida waterfront town of Disney Springs. Transformed into a restaurant, the dining room features 50-foot ceilings showcasing Lake Buena Vista views.
The menu is inspired by Sicilian cuisine, including Arancini di Carne (rice balls stuffed with meat), Melanzane Parmigiana (eggplant Parmesan), and handmade pastas – Busiate con Granchio (spiral pasta with crab), ‘Ncasciata al Forno (Sicilian baked pasta). Fresh fish, steaks, and chops also make up the menu.
