Enzo’s Hideaway Tunnel Bar and Restaurant is one of a trio of Italian restaurants in Disney Springs located at The Edison Complex.

Along with Pizza Ponte and Maria & Enzo’s Ristorante, these three restaurants serve Italian cuisine, each in their own way.

According to the story, Enzo’s Hideaway Tunnel Bar is located in “what were said to be rum-running tunnels.” The speakeasy is inspired by apertivo bars in Rome (and, better yet, also inspired by the true Florida history of rum-running).

The restaurant inside serves Prohibition-era cocktails (“Giggle Water”) along with a full menu of Roman dishes like Bucatini alla Carbonara and Tonnarelli Cacio e Pepe.
