Are you looking for something special in a hidden place in Disney World?
Disney Springs is constantly surprising us with fun new merchandise, food, and events. Now, we found something new coming next month but it’s in a secret hideaway!
In September, Enzo’s Hideaway Tunnel Bar at Disney Springs is continuing its monthly Smuggler’s Series. This monthly series is where fans of specialty beer, wine, and cocktails can get together to enjoy fun foods and drinks while learning more about different spirits each month. This month, the special spirit is Malfy Gin.
The monthly event will take place on September 7th from 5PM to 7PM and tickets are required. Tickets cost $89 per guest and can be purchased here. While we do think that ticket is priced on the higher side, it’s important to know each ticket comes with 4 courses that each feature a dish and a cocktail featuring Malfy Gin. So, that makes the price make much more sense!
The first course is made up of house-made focaccia with ricotta and lemon coriander marmellata, which is essentially just a fruit jam. The drink paired with the first course is an Amalfi 75 made with, of course, Malfy Gin con Limone, Lemon, and Prosecco.
The second course is a pancetta-wrapped blue prawn with butter lettuce, blood orange, fennel, and extra virgin olive oil. (YUM!) The drink with this course is a Blood Orange Negroni created with Malfy Arancia Rossa Gin, Campri, and Sweet Vermouth.
The third course is Waygu Bresaola with arugula, grana padano, lemon, and extra virgin olive oil, and a Gin Con Acqua Tonica drink. The drink is made up of (you guessed it) Malfy Gin, St. Germain Elderflower, Carpano Antica, tonic, and rosemary. We are getting so hungry over here.
Finally, the last course is a dessert strawberry and limone sorbetto and a neat pour of Malfy Gin Con Limone.
Spots for this event are limited so grab your tickets soon! Remember, DFB will keep you updated on all fun food and events throughout all of Disney World so keep following along here.
