You’ll find the signature Monsieur Paul Restaurant — a fitting tribute to Chef Paul Bocuse — in EPCOT’s France pavilion located upstairs from Les Chefs de France.
Monsieur Paul replaced Bistro de Paris in the pavilion when it opened in 2013. One of Disney’s most critically acclaimed restaurants, Bistro de Paris was the brainchild of three of France’s most decorated chefs: Paul Bocuse, Roger Verge, and the late Gaston Lenotre; and Monsieur Paul follows in its footsteps with a high-end, French-inspired menu.
The view is beautiful, the food is delectable, and the service is excellent at this Signature dining restaurant.

Important Info:
- This is one of the quieter Disney World restaurants; while kids are welcome here, they might be a bit bored by the food and atmosphere.
- If you can snag a window seat, you may be able to view the evening fireworks if you time your visit accordingly.
- Even though Monsieur Paul is located in a theme park, the restaurant requests that guests adhere to the dress code, and you may find the details here.
