Fans of Gideon’s Bakehouse will be especially excited to hear about a new restaurant in Disney Springs: Six Ravens!

Brought to you by the folks at Gideon’s Bakehouse, Six Ravens is located in The Landing, just a few doors down. The menu presents all new offerings featuring hand pies calls Coffyns — house made yeast rolls complete with fillings created in partnership with other Central Florida chefs.
Gideon’s owner Steve Lewis said, “At the end of the day, it was The Polite Pig [owners, James and Julie Petrakis] that were kind enough to put a Gideon’s cookie on as a secret menu item. It’s always been in the back of my head that I need to repay that favor.” Coffyns are served with, “a HEALTHY dose of dipping sauce! No baby cups here!”
Local draft beer, and a Six Ravens house tap Root Beer are also on offer.
Six Ravens is a grab-and-go restaurant, so you’ll order inside and then grab your items, then head outside to find seating elsewhere. Currently, there is a limit of two coffyns per paying customer, since they are best enjoyed HOT, according the Six Ravens’ Instagram.
Six Ravens has been highly anticipated, so a Virtual Queue is often utilized for line management when wait times are extremely long. The virtual queue process is quick ‘n’ easy: you’ll provide your phone number to an employee in front Six Ravens, and you’ll get a text when it’s your turn to return to Six Ravens to order. Keep in mind that the wait can get quite long, so you’ll want to have a few Disney Springs activities in mind to keep you busy in the meantime.

As Six Ravens says, coffyns are “a yeast roll stuffed with all the sustenance required for a valiant quest. Each offering is wrought by hand from the choicest fare found within the Kingdom. Know this: “Coffyn” was the original term for hand pie.”

- The Rooster’s Roar — 9am Until Sell Out Daily*! Your morning Bacon, Egg & Cheese in an Everything Bagel seasoned Coffyn. Vegetarian option of Potato, Egg & Cheese. Pairing: Papi’s Crema Dipping Sauce ($10.99). *Breakfast is not currently available as Six Ravens is in its opening phase; In a recent Instagram post, the restaurant confirmed, “Breakfast was shown on the menu but won’t be available right away. We need time to gain our footing first.”
P.S. You can mix and match sauces, but Six Ravens recommends that you stick with the originally paired sauces in the beginning since the staff has worked hard to pair them together for the best flavor results.
