Paseo and Céntrico is a new eatery and bar at Disneyland Resorts’ Downtown Disney District… and Tiendita delivers a Quick Service option to the trio of restaurants.
All three locations have menus created by Michelin-starred Chef Carlos Gaytán. Tiendita offers “Chef Gaytán’s Mexican heritage flavors on-the-go, with quick-service Mexican street-food staples.”
These staples include dishes such as esquites (street corn) and tacos al pastor. Dessert options feature a creamy arroz con leche with “an elevated twist on this nostalgic treat from Chef Gaytán’s childhood.”
Paseo and Centrico and Tiendita can be found on the west side of Downtown Disney.

Important Info:
- Tiendita is the Quick Service option along with the Paseo and Centrico eatery and bar.
- There is no seating as part of Tiendita, so you will need to look for a space to eat in Downtown Disney.
