A step above your traditional quick service dig, Sunshine Seasons offers variety, delicious food, & a ‘prime real estate’ location in Epcot’s Future World.
Located in “the Land” pavilion, this quick service gem is situated within steps of “Soarin’,” one of Epcot’s most popular attractions. The classic “Living with the Land” boat ride and Disney’s educational “Circle of Life: An Environmental Fable” movie also share space with Sunshine Seasons in this 253,780 square foot pavilion.
Seating in the dining area is plentiful and comfortable with condiment bars located on each side of the entry after you leave the registers. Guests have five stations to choose their meals from: an Asian Wok Shop, a Sandwich Shop & Bakery, Soup & Salad shop, a Wood-Fired Grill Shop, and a plentiful “Grab & Go” section.
Sunshine Seasons is open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. A menu full of variety is the much-appreciated element here; Ginger Mongolian Beef with Asian sides, Roasted Beet & Goat Cheese Salad, 1/2 Rotisserie Chicken, a Turkey & Monterey jack Cheese Sandwich, several vegetarian options, and a generous children’s menu are highlighted. Sunshine Seasons also features a large bakery counter & many “Grab & Go” items.

Important Info:
- There are separate service lines for each of the four food counters; if you have a large family who each craves a different entree, make a plan on where to meet before you separate to order & collect your meals. During prime dining times Sunshine Seasons & its seating area can get quite hectic.
- If you obtain Fast Passes for Soarin’, it’s usually helpful to plan a counter service meal around your Fast Pass return time. Since Sunshine Seasons is located within feet of the popular attraction so you’ll be able to monitor time & “kill two birds with one stone.”
