Open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, this counter service component to Yak and Yeti Restaurant, also known as Local Food Cafes, serves hearty portions of pan-Asian specialties. (P.S. This spot has one of my favorite Counter Service desserts in Disney World!)

Seating is outdoors with some tables covered by canvas umbrellas. Located close to two of Animal Kingdom’s most popular attractions, Expedition Everest and Kali River Rapids, the Yak and Yeti counter service restaurant can get busy during peak dining times.

• The special Animal Kingdom Safari Amber beer is served here, along with several other alcoholic drinks like the Yak Attack. These can be found at a special drink window around the corner from the main serving area.
• All seating is outside here, so don’t plan on dining here on a rainy day unless you’re in your poncho!
