We hope you’re ready to join us in The Land pavilion in EPCOT as we grab some lunch!
We’re stopping by a classic EPCOT counter service location in the pavilion: Sunshine Seasons. We noticed a couple of fun additions to the menu when we were checking it out on Mobile Order, and figured we’d swing in to give them a try AND bring you a review while we’re at it!
We must admit, while it’s always fun to dine just steps away from Soarin’ Around the World and Living With the Land…
…we couldn’t resist taking our eats outside on this picture-perfect Florida day!
What you see here is the return of Stir-Fry to Sunshine Seasons, a Flatbread that is sadly no longer available, and the plant-based Cookies ‘n “Cream” Chocolate Mousse Cup for dessert. Let’s dig in!
If you’ve ever dined at Sunshine Seasons, you might be happy to see the return of Stir–Fry, which we haven’t seen here since the reopening of the park!

The Stir-Fried Chicken is tossed with peppers, onions, pineapple and a sweet-and-sour sauce served atop rice. This entree is $11.99.
We found the chicken to be perfectly prepared, and together with the fresh veggies, pineapple and rice, it creates a filling plate that won’t weigh you down for the rest of the day in the park!
We would’ve loved for the dish to deliver more of a spice — it has a little bit of kick, but it’s super subtle.
But don’t forget… we’ve still got dessert to think about! The Plant-based Cookies ‘n “Cream” Chocolate Mousse Cup ($5.29) is a dessert that has been around at Sunshine Seasons for awhile now.
We gotta say… this little layered dessert is not bad!
In fact, the Cookies ‘n “Cream” is better than anticipated, as a little something for a sweet tooth with a texture that is still surprisingly creamy while being… well, “cream.” 😉 (By the way, this isn’t the only plant-based dish that’s surprised us in EPCOT recently!)
Overall, it’s nice to see the menu here filling out a bit again, as it’s more in keeping with what we appreciate at Sunshine Seasons: a variety of options and cuisines so the whole crew can likely find something they’d enjoy, as these dishes join choices like salads and burgers and more recent additions like The Land Crusher triple-decker sammie!
And that’s a wrap for our trip to Sunshine Seasons! It’s fun to revisit a classic, even amidst all the new things coming to EPCOT as part of the park’s transformation. Which reminds me… have you heard today’s BIG news?! We have an opening date for Remy’s Ratatouille Adventure and much more coming to EPCOT…

The food looks great! However, the location looks absolutely fantastic! Where did you pause to eat these treats? I can’t figure it out, but I want to take a break in this spot in the future.

My wife got the pulled pork grilled cheese sandwich from there and it was fantastic!
