We love that Disney has food options for everyone, even those with food allergies and sensitivities.
Table service restaurants are typically better at accommodating than quick service locations, and chefs will even come out to speak with your table about the allergens! If you’re someone who eats a plant-based diet, you’ll love that you can now make one popular plant-based Disney dessert at home!
When it comes to classic quick-service locations in Disney World, it doesn’t get much more iconic than Casey’s Corner.
In fact, DFB readers recently voted it as the BEST quick-service spot in Disney World, so we guess y’all really like those Corn Dog Nuggets, too (with that plastic cheese, of course). But Casey’s offers up some standard hotdogs, too, including a few plant-based options. We’re trying one of those NEW plant-based options now…and well, we have some thoughts.
We’re sorry, but you’re walking past the most UNDERRATED quick-service restaurant in EPCOT.
We’re talking about Connections Cafe & Eatery, where you can get some pretty good quick-service food that will (hopefully) please the ENTIRE family. We’ve actually enjoyed quite a few of the meals and snacks we’ve had here, so we’re back to try two NEW additions to the menu.
DFB is all about the FOOD at Walt Disney World. ALL kinds of Disney food. And that means making sure that families with special dietary concerns (gluten-free, vegetarian, etc.) have the information they need to create safe and delicious meal plans for their vacation.
Have you wondered about vegan dining in Walt Disney World? We’re happy to share — vegans CAN eat well at Disney’s Animal Kingdom, especially with a little advanced planning.
For starters, in October 2019, Disney announced that every major table and counter service restaurant in both Walt Disney World and Disneyland Resort would offer plant-based options! You will find menus with plant-based options that are available throughout Walt Disney World, these items “are made with no animal meat, dairy, eggs or honey. They are made with ingredients that come from plants, including grains, vegetables, fruits, nuts, seeds and legumes.”
Are you planning a 2023 trip to Walt Disney World? There are so many components that make up a magical Disney vacation, and of course, we think your meal and snack choices are an essential part of your experience.

When it comes to setting up your Disney World day for success, making sure everyone in your party is fed can be one of the most important steps.
And in most cases, that means starting with a solid breakfast! Luckily, you can find the most important meal of the day at all of Disney World’s hotels — even the Value Resorts. While you might not find anything super flashy or fancy here, come with us to find out if Intermission Food Court at Disney’s All-Star Music Resort might be exactly what you’re after!
It’s no secret that we love trying new Disney food. We are Disney FOOD Blog, after all.
It’s been an eventful week in Disney World for foodie news. There’s a NEW menu at California Grill that we had to try, Narcoossee’s has reopened with a whole new makeover, and TWO Disney restaurants were recognized by Michelin Guide. But this week we also tried THREE new snacks around the parks, and we had some thoughts.
Disney World is a food lover’s paradise. Across all four parks you’ll find a variety of cuisine to keep you munching from dawn till dusk!
In recent years, Disney has become much more accommodating to those with dietary restrictions, so they too can enjoy the wonderful food the parks have to offer. This includes many plant-based dishes!
