Christmas at Disney World comes with a very important logistical question: Where, exactly, should you meet Santa? Because the answer is not quite as simple as you might think. Some Santa meets require a theme park ticket. One requires a separately ticketed Christmas party. A couple involves meals that can turn your Santa photo into a surprisingly serious line item on the vacation budget. And then there are a few places where meeting Santa doesn’t technically cost anything, although you may pay for it in time and patience instead.

If You Visited Disney World Last Week, Things Already Look VERY Different

This past week was a RARE one at Disney World in the absolute best way!

For what feels like the past few months, we’ve seen closure after closure in Disney World. Even if they were just temporary closures, like how The Diamond Horseshoe closed after becoming Jessie’s Roundup for Cool KIDS’ SUMMER to become a new pop-up restaurant opening on October 4th, others were long-term closures, such as the Carousel of Progress retheme. That’s why this past week was so special, and we’re on track for a great upcoming week — we’re looking at tons of OPENINGS happening around the parks, instead of closures!

Our Whole Team Is Crying Over This Disney World News

It feels like just yesterday we were scratching our heads at the fact that Disney named their new baby Sumatran tiger after meatballs, but we quickly became obsessed and enthralled with just how adorable that little meatball was.

Bakso was born at Disney’s Animal Kingdom in October 2024 and made his debut on the Maharajah Jungle Trek in January 2025. Bakso is celebrating his second birthday at Disney a little early, because as it turns out, we won’t be seeing him at the park for much longer.
