I recently realized that you’re nobody in Toon Town if you don’t have your own food product line. Used to be only Mickey had his own ice cream bars…maybe a bag of pasta or two. But these days, you’re simply not A-list Toon material if you’re not selling your personalized line at the Main Street Emporium.
Let’s take a look at a few of the brands you can now purchase — endorsed by your favorite characters, of course! Some of them are actually pretty new on the scene…
Minnie’s Bake Shop
You can tell from our tour through Minnie’s kitchen that she’s a baker; luckily, we now get a chance to sample her recipes (and NOT the diet ones!):
True, this looks a bit like a re-brand of Mickey’s old cookie company, but, alas, who are we to judge?
Minnie's Bake Shop Cookies
These, I think, are entirely new. Love the spoons attached!

Wonderland Tea
One of my favorite New York City haunts is called Alice’s Teacup, and I wonder if they’ll start carrying Wonderland’s newest tea line there! This line of teas, tea china, and tea accessories — straight from the Mad Hatter’s tea party — should please any Alice fan.
Be sure to read the Wonderland Decree on the box,
Nothing would be what it is, because everything would be what it isn’t. And contrarywise — what it is, it wouldn’t be. And what it wouldn’t be, it would.

Disney Princess Pasta
Even the princesses have gotten into the Food Product Line groove at Disney. What little princess wouldn’t love some noodle soup or homemade mac and cheese showcasing pasta shaped like her favorite female idols?

Goofy’s Candy Company
Of course, you all remember the sensationally successful Goofy’s Candy Company — well known throughout Disney to be the primary supplier of Halloween candy, gummies, and sour pucker powder!

Chip and Dale Snack Company
For those of you who want to preserve your diet — or at least have a semi-healthy snack — while on vacation, head straight to the Chip and Dale product line (do NOT pass go…). These are the healthiest pre-packaged snacks you’ll find on property (besides the packaged fresh fruit, of course), and the line includes dried fruit mixes, trail mix, pretzels, many different kinds of natural nuts, etc.

Mickey’s Many Product Lines
I’m sure I haven’t captured all of Mickey’s product lines here, but I’ve at least snapped photos of some of the newest items on the scene. We’re all familiar with Mickey’s “Really Swell” Coffee Brand, and, of course, Mickeyroni and Cheese! But have you sampled his Resort Delights island-inspired products, or his Chocolatears-brand gourmet chocolate bark?
Mickey's Really Swell Coffee Brand Treats
Mickey's Really Swell Flavored Coffee Collection
Mickeyroni and Cheese
Mickey's Resort Delights Taffy
Mickey's Resort Delights Punch and Iced Tea Flavors
Mickey's Resort Delights Coconut Patties
Mickey's Chocolatears Gourmet Chocolate Bark
What’s YOUR Favorite?
While you may be partial to the old school classic Mickeyroni and Cheese, I can’t wait to sample some of that gourmet chocolate bark! Would love to hear from some of you who have tried the Resort Delights line as well — any good?

My wife is a die hard fan of the Mickey Coffee and related merchandise. She loves collecting the mugs. I even have a couple of surprises under the tree for her this year…. Can’t wait to see the look on her face!
You already have surprises under the tree?! You’re a superstar, James! Merry Christmas!
We picked up some Mad Hatter Tea when we were at the Grand Floridian. It is some of the best tea! We would strongly recommend it.
Thanks for the recommendation, WDW Tweets!
I always make it a point to get some of Goofy’s candy to take home with me.. it helps get over the post-trip blues!
I definitely want to try some of the Mickeyroni & Cheese and Wonderland Tea on my next trip.
I love the Mickey Coconut patties dipped in chocolate! We celebrated my husbands birthday at Disney in January and I gave him a set of the Alice tea. Really tasty. My dad got the chocolate covered caramel popcorn for his birthday and he said that was pretty good too. I’m not sure that I’ve ever had bad treats from Mickey…or his pals…
Mickeyroni & Cheese is a must-buy on each trip – my mom and I bought a few boxes at a store in DS a few years ago, and the cast member at the register shared that she’s had orders for CASES of the stuff! The largest order she said she’d filled was 60 boxes! People must REALLY love their Mickeyroni. 🙂
If they’re sold out (as they have been several times when we’ve been down there,) always check the Disney Store at Orlando International before heading into the secured areas – I’ve found a few boxes there at the last minute before.
Angie: That’s a great way to beat Post-Disney-Disorder!
Stephanie: I didn’t even put the popcorn in this post — I’m glad you mentioned it!
Allison: Mickeyroni and Cheese is a classic. Great tip about picking some up at the airport!
I’m not really a foodie, so no Disney food really sticks out to me, but my cat loves the Figaro Kitty Treats and my fur nephew likes the Pluto treats.
April — I’ve been hemming and hawing about getting the cats a few treats from the parks, but I never know if they’ll love ’em or hate ’em! Thanks for the recommendation! (Also love the idea of a “fur nephew…”)
The coconut patties are awesome! A friend of mine went in October and brought me back two boxes to keep me until my next friend goes in February!
I second the notes about the official Mad Hatter Tea, that is some of the best tea I have ever had (and I am a big fan of Twinnings)… Fantastic!
The Mickey’s Chocolate Dipped Coconut Patties are FANTASTIC!!!
We just came back from a week long trip and stay at Disneyland and The Grand Californian Hotel. Everything was wonderful and we will have many memories there. However one discovery from our trip has become bitter-sweet for our family, and that is the discovery of Mickey’s Chocolate Dipped Coconut Patties. They are simply lovely. The coconut is moist, fragrant and delicious. The chocolate gives these patties just enough flavor contrast to make your taste buds sing and beg for one more taste. That is the sweet aspect of this discovery. The bitter aspect is that we cannot find these patties anywhere but the store. Unless of course you do not mind the 150% markup that the very few online sites sell these for; or should I say hold for ransom. Bottom line, BUY THESE CHOCOLATE DIPPED PATTIES.
You will never regret it!!!!
Michelle, thank you for your comment! I’ve never tried the coconut patties (hubby doesn’t like coconut), but your glowing review makes me want to buy a box all for myself! By the way, the online sites have huge markup, but does the WDW Mail Order system send them out? You could try calling them (find the number and email here: in our reference page under “ordering items from disney world”) or emailing to see if they can ship them to you. I’m sure it’d be cheaper, as they’re only charging you regular cost + shipping.
We’re headed to Disneyland to the Grand Californian in just a few weeks; would love to hear your suggestions for great things to do around the hotel!
I love Minnie’s chochoalte cookies, they’re to die for. I wish I could find somewhere to buy them in Colorado because I haven’t had them in two years. I do have to try the Wonderland Tea now, it sounds delicious.
Lance — Order them from WDW via the Mail Order system!!
I am in need of the ingredient list for the chip and dale trail mix! I have been searching literally hours and can not find aNything~ If you can help please email me back. thanks
Lisa — I’m not sure on the recipe. I can check next time I’m in WDW (September) 🙂
My fiance and I are going to Magic Kingdom and Downtown Disney in November. Are the items above things that can be bought there or do they sell them at resorts only? I would love to try some of these things and want to know where I can get them:)
The coconut patties are SUPER YUMMY!
I only wish I had the forsight to purchse more to bring home as Disney is not allowed to send food items to Canada! 🙁
Heather — Yep, you can buy a lot of them in DTD!
Cindy — Coconut Patties are favorites of many 😉
The teas and Minnie mixes make fantastic gifts for folks at home. We also like to bring C&D Mickey-shaped pretzels back–tasty, fun and inexpensive, and perfect to share with friends.
For non-bakers, a nice gift would be a box of Mickey shortbread cookies–add a tin of tea, a teapot and/or a mug for a deluxe presentation for the person who came in to water your plants and feed your cats while you were off munching your way through the World.
Hello,
I was wondering if you could tell me what shops you can find the Alice tea items and Princess pasta in? Thank you!
Zannid — The alice tea can be found at just about any large shop in WDW. Princess pasta is a little less prevalent, but you can find it at the Confectionery in the Magic Kingdom and at Mickey’s Pantry at Downtown Disney.
Went to disney in december, and STILL have not run out of coconut patties, eating one currently, and i’m in buffalo ny..far from orlando! Brought home three boxes! Smartest idea yet
Where is the best place to order the Mickey coconut patties from?
Mad Hatter Tea. Is that the Wonderland Tea? Or a flavor of the Wonderland Tea?
Mad Hatter Tea. Is that the Wonderland Tea? Or a flavor of the Wonderland Tea?
Also they use to have awesome Cinnamon Chip cookies in a tin around Christmas time. And I haven’t seen them for years. Wish they would make a return.
Do you know where I can buy the Disney Princess pasta online? I would love to buy some for my two year old daughter who would LOVE it!!!
Heide — I don’t know of anywhere currently, but you may check Amazon.com from time to time. Good luck!
