Every once in a while I like to point out some food-related areas of the parks and resorts, like when we looked into Mickey’s and Minnie’s kitchens!
Today, I thought it’d be fun to check in on the Robinsons…as in Swiss Family…and see the kitchen they created with their bare hands after the shipwreck.
You can see said volcanic rock stove right here!
I love the sink made out of a giant shell with the bamboo spigot. Wouldn’t mind having that in my place…
And here’s the table all set for a meal. They’re definitely getting their five daily servings of fruits and veggies!
See you tomorrow with the Disney Food Post Round-up!

Cool. I’ve never actually seen this in person.

Life before microvaves. 😉 I love the shell sink, too! It does look so cool! Awesome for a bathroom, too, I think. I never noticed it was a shell before. Thanks for pointing that out!

Gray — It’s a nice, relaxing thing to do when crowds are heavy and lines are long. Also, a classic attraction — who knows how much longer it’ll be around!
Kristen — Life before microwaves, indeed! Not just a scalloped edge sink…a REAL scallop!

Always one of my favorite things to do when I was little… parents could chill outside while I explored on my own. Thanks for sharing!

Mallory — very good point on the parents chilling outside! Never thought of that! (You’re kid’s gotta come out of the same spout everyone else does!)
