Update: Disney is no longer offering Divvies. They are currently offering bakery items from the Enjoy Life and OMG Manufacturers along with Rocky Mountain Popcorn, and Surf Sweets Jelly Beans throughout the Parks and Resorts.

The first thing to catch my eye was the caramel popcorn! It looked deeeeelicious! All of these products seem to be from the same brands — French Meadow Bakery and Divvies. Has anyone sampled these brands? How are they? Any preference?

Those jelly beans look suspiciously similar to Jelly Belly beans 😉
Does anyone know whether these things are also free from wheat (not the same as gluten!), soy, sulphites, and milk? I see a few of the labels say “no milk” but they don’t mention soy. I’m glad that gluten-free is better served nowadays (I’ve got nieces with celiac troubles), but there are other common allergies out there — especially soy — which are often forgotten (for instance, I see “soy milk” on the sign, but no option for rice or oat milk).
None of these have soy protein but I think a few (divvies) may have soy lecithin and/or cross contam warning for soy. I am allergic to soy and I’ve eaten the cookies, brownies, and popcorn with no issues and they were all very good considering ;). The caramel corn is great though.
This is sooooo exciting! French Meadow Bakeries sells ready to bake brownies and chocolate chip cookies at my local Whole Foods. They’re good substitutes for the real thing and its good to see main street bakery FINALLY including some options for us Allergics/Celiacs.
As for the soy in the French Meadow Bakery items, the cookies don’t list soy as an ingredient, but the brownies may contain traces of soy. The facility does process soy ingredients in some of their products.
Thank you for this information. Shared this information with my brother and his family. They are probably heading to Disney World this fall and my niece has a sever egg allergy. Always nice to know ahead of time what you can find for goodies.
I’m lactose intolerant and have had the brownie and the cookie. They aren’t bad, but they aren’t exactly good either. Just my opinion. I know that if I had a gluten allergy that I would be more grateful for them. I’m used to making dairy free things at home that taste pretty similar to the real deal..so I really wish that there were more ‘normal’ tasting baked goods for those of us with dietary restrictions. I have a serious sweet tooth for baked goods!

According to the website the cookies and popcorn may contain wheat and soy. http://www.divvies.com/ingredients.php#popcorn
If something is gluten free it is also wheat free but since the popcorn may contain wheat it can not be gluten free. I was very excited by the thought of it till I looked at the ingredient list.
