Great news! The Wishes Dessert Party (formerly booking only through August) is now taking bookings through December 29th.
The Wishes dessert party is an exclusive event held at the Tomorrowland Terrace in Disney’s World’s Magic Kingdom. It offers ticketed guests a buffet of delicious desserts and a great view of the Wishes nighttime fireworks.

I just seriously considered calling WDW Dine to book this for my honeymoon in December, but here’s why I didn’t:
1. With the DDP, we do not need more dessert
2. I’ve read that you’re not guaranteed a seat
3. Some reports make it sound like a lot of waiting around
Instead, we’ll plan to head to The Grand Floridian for dinner at 7, then wander over to the Poly Beach for Electro and Wishes–a nice, relaxing break after being in the park all day. Then we’re going to head back into the breach for Extra Magic Hours!!
YAY I just booked this for our Oct. trip! She didn’t even know it was extended (I love when that happens). It’s my birthday too so I’m hoping for a little glitter on our table, haha. Thanks for the info as always! 🙂

Was so happy when I read your post. I reserved right away for september 20th! I got a reservation at 8h20, is that always the case or are they differents time frames available??
