A whole new way to enjoy the Fantasmic! Nighttime Spectacular is coming to Disney’s Hollywood Studios!
The Fantasmic! Dessert & VIP Viewing Experience is now available for booking for dates starting September 8th.
How will it work? Guests simply arrive at the Fantasmic theater prior to the evening’s first performance and pick up a package of snacks inspired by the show. Savory and sweet treats in the box for adults will include chocolate-dipped strawberries, cheesecake, a chocolate cupcake, apple crisp, and California trail mix.
The box for kids will include confetti popcorn, make-your-own “Worms and Dirt,” grapes, and a vanilla cake bite featuring Sorcerer Mickey!
Guests will also receive a specialty drink served in a souvenir light-up cup (those 21-and-over will have the option of an alcoholic beverage).
After picking up the snack package and drinks, guests will receive a special light-up credential and be led to a VIP reserved seating area for Fantasmic!, to enjoy the snacks, sips, and the show all together! Please note: for evenings with two showings of Fantasmic, the Dessert & VIP Viewing Experience will only be available for the 1st show.
The price is $39.00 for adults, and $19.00 for children ages 3 to 9 (including tax). Interested guests may book via the Disney World website or by calling (407) 939-3463. Walk-ins will also be welcome; however, it is anticipated that the Dessert & VIP Viewing Experience will fill quickly, so booking in advance is highly recommended.

I booked it for Friday 9/22. I love Fantastic, but I hate waiting so long for it to start, and having to show up super early. $39 per person is worth it in my opinion.
Just booked it for 9/19. It’ll be my first time seeing the show. With the drink, snacks, and priority seating, $40 really seems like a great deal.
I signed up for Sept 14th! I’ve never done a dessert party and Fantasmic is my favorite show so I figured why not!
Has anyone done this yet how was it? I have tickets for 9/21
We’re booked for Nov. 19th. Love Fantasmic! Looking forward this new, fun way to get VIP seating.
How far in advance can you book this event?
Rebecca, we recommend starting to check for available ADRs as many as 180 days out — but it would not be surprising if dessert parties were added much closer to the dates you need. (We see this happen with other dessert parties on property frequently.) So we suggest checking all the way up to the dates you need, since things change without notice! And the Disney World website mentions that “Walk-ins are welcome but subject to availability”, so if you can’t find anything in advance, you could wing it! Good luck!
Is the seating the same as for the dinner package? Are photo above taken from the dessert seating area?
Marina, the seating is typically in the same section as the dining package seating — in the middle two sections looking right at center stage. This is always subject to change, but that central seating has been consistent for a while now.
