has been a staple in Disney Springs since it opened in 2005, and from day one, Master Chef Kevin Dundon has been wowing guests with his eclectic Irish menu. So it’s definitely a sad day in Disney food news as we report that the Chef has left the building.
Raglan Road has announced that Chef Dundon, who served as the chef partner of the restaurant, has left his post due to “increasing commitments at home”. The announcement cites his family and his dedication to Dunbrody House (the luxury hotel he owns and operates with his wife in Ireland) as the reasons for this change.
We’ve always appreciated Chef Dundon’s friendly personality and innovative cookery. His tasty takes on Irish specialties have made Raglan Road one of our favorite places to perennially dine in Disney Springs.
Executive Chef Heberto Segura remains in the kitchen at Raglan Road Irish Pub and Restaurant, so we expect food quality to stay top-notch! And of course we send best wishes to Chef Dundon in his future endeavors!
