We’re just days away from June… and we’re ready to ring in summer with its arrival! In fact, we’re already having an INCREDIBLE SUMMER in Disney World!
Magic Kingdom’s offering to the Disney World celebration (the highlight of which will be the opening of Toy Story Land in Hollywood Studios on June 30th) is the Incredible Tomorrowland Expo.
Festivities include the Super Party Time dance party with characters from The Incredibles (and, of course, Incredibles 2!).
And the Jack Jack Diaper Dash. (Which means that, yes, you can register your baby in a crawling race at the Tomorrowland stage.)
Special photo backdrops are in place for some Incredible pics!
And, of course, themed Incredible edibles are on hand for the occasion, which runs through September 3rd!
Cosmic Ray’s Starlight Cafe
You can find themed snacks in the Counter Service locations all over Tomorrowland, which include Cosmic Ray’s Starlight Cafe.
This is where you’ll find the Super Stretchy Burger in honor of Mrs. Incredible!
Underneath that Incredible bun topper is a beef patty paired with American cheese, bacon, and garlic ranch sauce.
Oh, AND deep-fried mozzarella sticks!
The cheese sticks add a definite element of fun — and flavor! — to the typical Counter Service burger. But fair warning: this dish is super garlicky!
A Super Foods Salad is also available featuring kale, spinach, quinoa, avocado, blueberries, and pico de gallo.
Auntie Gravity’s Galactic Goodies
Tomorrowland’s soft-serve ice cream spot, Auntie Gravity’s Galactic Goodies is where you can find Edna Mode’s “No Capes, Just Crêpes” Crêpe Sundaes.
Two varieties are available. Choose between a chocolate-hazelnut crêpe sundae and a blackberry-lavender jam crêpe sundae, which is what we chose.
The crepe is topped with ice cream and oodles of fruit-flavored cereal.
Honestly? We weren’t expecting to like this one.
But when we took a bite with all three components, it worked together surprisingly well! We’ve gotten the suggestion from a reader to top this one with the berries from the Nutella crepe instead of the Froot Loops, just FYI!
The Lunching Pad
Two additional items are available at The Lunching Pad.
First off is the Mrs. Incredible Pretzel Mask!
This soft pretzel is topped with plenty of black salt to resemble the famous Incredibles masks.
It’s served with cheese sauce, or you can always grab some yellow mustard, if you like.
Either way, you may want to bring this one to the photo backdrops and pose with it before you eat it!
Jack-Jack Cookies are the other option.
These six freshly baked mini chocolate chip cookies come in a bag, so you can snack on them throughout the day.
Tomorrowland Terrace Restaurant
Grab some Dash Pizza at Tomorrowland Terrace Restaurant!
It’s your choice between Sicilian-style cheese or pepperoni.
And, yes, though it’s not connected to the Incredible Tomorrowland Expo, this is where you’ll also find the Purple Wall Slushy…
Snack Carts
If you need something to help you cool down during what will also be an incredibly warm summer, Frozone’s Sno-Cones in blue raspberry are available at various Tomorrowland snack carts.
Other Incredible Summer offerings this year include Donald’s Dino-Bash in Animal Kingdom, and Guardians of the Galaxy-themed concerts in Epcot starting June 9th. And, of course, the biggest event of the summer — the opening of Toy Story Land — is June 30, 2018! So, get ready for an Incredible Summer in Disney World!

Perhaps DFB got hungry before taking their picture of the Jack-Jack cookies but I have to say, if Disney is going to put a window on their bag, at least make sure that the cookies fill the window view. Also I “love” (that’s me being sarcastic) the way their sign photo shows 6 cookies laying on the table PLUS there appear to be another 6 inside the bag.
Oh Disney advertising, you are such a trickster. 🙂 Ha, ha.

You’re saying “super garlicky” like it’s a bad thing!

What are the vegan options a part of the Incredibles Expo? Is there any substitutions that can be made to be vegan? Also, what ‘Incredibles food is a part of the Disney Dining Plan? If any
Kerry says
Hey, we are not going until oct 19. When will the 2019 dfb guide be released? Also interested in the epcot food and wine festival guide. Thanks
