We get a ton of questions about allergens here at the DFB, and we know lots of you will be thrilled with the latest news from the online menus on DisneyWorld.com and Disneyland.com.
Guests can now view allergy-specific menus for some of Disney World’s and Disneyland’s restaurants online — and that means you can get a better idea of what’s safe to eat before you even arrive for your vacation!
On a desktop computer, you’ll find the allergy information by scrolling down the restaurant’s menu — no additional clicking or searching necessary! Each allergen has its own section with menu items that are appropriate for the guests with that allergy. If you are browsing the menus on your mobile, you’ll find drop-down menus for the allergens.
Allergy menus include Gluten/Wheat, Egg, Fish/Shellfish, Milk, Peanut/Tree Nut, and Soy, so whether you’ve got an allergy or you’re just trying to cut out specific ingredients, this addition to the website is sure to be a relief and a huge help for planning!
So far we’re seeing online allergy menus for some quick service locations. Table service online menus note that guests can request an allergy menu at the restaurant. We’ll keep watching and update as needed!

I was so excited to read this!! However, I just went to Disney’s website and for all the restaurants I’ve searched so far under the allergy menu section it just says “Allergy Menus available upon request” What a bummer, that’s not really helpful…
Do you know if and when all the restaurants menus will be loaded online?
DFB Sarah says
TJ, we’re updating the post to reflect this. No word on when all of the menus will be loaded, but the sooner the better!
DeDe says
I was pretty bummed after reading this that none of the restaurants I looked up had the allergy menus available. Which restaurants were you able to find this for?
DFB Sarah says
Dede, so far we’ve seen quick service locations like Electric Umbrella, Peco Bill’s, and Satu’li Canteen. We’re watching to see when they expand to more locations!
Amanda says
I’m allergic to Capsaicin (hot peppers) and my husband is allergic to coconut and palm… both current fad foods 🙁
The ability to select a menu item and see the full list of ingredients would be amazing!! We are used to and dont mind talking with the chefs, though.

Any information for red dye or nitrates? I’ll have someone in my party with sensitivities to both of these items. It’s a little less common. Would the servers know about these when ordering? We’re going to try adding the note to our reservation when we make them.
DFB Sarah says
Kim, definitely make a note with your reservations and possibly call Disney directly to reiterate it. At quick service spots, you’ll want to have your companion check the allergens binder (ask the cast member to see it) to check for these allergens. At table service, you can request to speak with a chef about it. Be vocal and make sure they hear your needs, and typically table service can be very accommodating. Good luck!
DFB Sarah says
Amanda, hopefully they’ll make the allergen info even more interactive in the future.

Where is the link to the allergy free menus at Disney world? I don’t see them online. Would have been nice if you linked it in.
