in Disneyland Hotel closed to begin a rather lengthy refurbishment in September 2018. Following the closure, Disney announced that the space would reopen in early 2019 as Tangaroa Terrace, Tropical Bar and Grill.

Though an official reopening date has not yet been announced, we have noticed hours listed on the Tangaroa Terrace page on the Disneyland website coming up again for this coming Tuesday, February 5th, from 6:30 AM – 11:00 PM.

Note that the page does not yet reflect the updated name and still has a message informing guests to “please check back,” so there may be updates to this reopening date.

But for now, it appears that we may be able to check out the enhancements like a new outdoor bar and refreshed patio and indoor space (plus a dedicated window for serving Dole Whip) as soon as next week!
