Blue AND Green Milk — both made famous by Luke Skywalker — will be the specialties at the Milk Stand when it opens on May 31, 2019 in Disneyland’s Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge!
Of course, we’ve known that for some time now; however, the official menu — without prices for now– is now posted on Disneyland.com. Here’s a look at the flavor notes for both Blue and Green Milk!
Both beverages will be non-dairy (coconut and rice milks) and served frozen. Blue Milk will feature coconut and rice milks with “flavors of dragon fruit, pineapple, lime and watermelon.” Green Milk will yield more citrus tones with “flavors of mandarin orange, passion fruit, grapefruit, and orange blossom.”
Which would you like to try first: Blue or Green Milk?!

Green , for sure!!
Darn! Our family is allergic to passion fruit so only blue milk for us!
The green sounds delicious, but there are no Star Wars fans in our house and very limited interest in seeing that particular land at all so I guess I won’t be getting a taste anytime soon. 🙂
GREEN, I have my reservations and can’t wait 🙂
I’m allergic to pineapple, watermelon and orange so looks like I’m out for even trying it. I was so excited they were going to be soy free too. ?
