Raglan Road Irish Pub & Restaurant
in Walt Disney World’s Disney Springs welcomes a new Executive Chef! Chef Mark O’Neill has trained with Michelin Star chefs and helmed restaurants in London, Dublin, Germany, and Australia, and now he’s bringing his culinary perspective to the beloved Raglan Road!
Chef O’Neill is described as “a next-generation Irish culinary whiz with a passion for driving Irish cuisine to new levels”. The chef says he wants to focus Raglan Road’s menu on “really great gastro-pub food… like we have back home in Ireland.”
Chef O’Neill replaces renowned Master Chef Kevin Dundon, who left the restaurant in January of this year. Raglan Road has been one of the most consistently performing restaurants we’ve enjoyed at Walt Disney World, and we look forward to trying the innovations Chef O’Neill will bring to the plate!

The bread & butter pudding in Raglan Road is to die for . Returning in November so hope it’s still on the menu ?
Will also be there in June please do not replace the bread pudding…
The Shepherd’s Pie is amazing, the only other place I’ve eaten Lamb and liked it was Ireland. I think this new Chef will be great. The food in Ireland is wonderful, and I’m sure he is well aware of how much people love the food at Raglan.
