Fans of The Mandalorian, exciting news! Build-A-Bear Workshop has announced that “The Child” plush is returning beginning TOMORROW, June 18th!

To snag the cutest child in the galaxy, Build-A-Bear has a virtual system in place! Read on if you need this plush for your intergalactic collection!
If you’re an avid Disney+ watcher, you’ve probably heard of The Mandalorian and the intergalactic obsession fans have with “The Child”. There have been several plushies of this adorable creature released since the success of the show’s first season, including this one from Disney Springs.
If you’ve been keeping track, this guy has been re-stocked at LEAST four times…the hype is real. If you’re ready to secure the asset, get your computer ready!

Beginning at 11:30AM CST, you will be able to enter a pre-waiting room. Then, at 12:00PM CST, you will be assigned a random place in line to hopefully secure your very own Baby Yoda.
While joining the virtual waiting room does not guarantee you a plush of the Child, it is currently the only way to obtain this item from Build-A-Bear.
If that seems like too much work, never fear! There are plenty of items currently in stock and available online.

Thanks for the heads-up Sara! By 4 PM Eastern (on 6/18) the waiting room wasn’t being used & you could still order him. Although you can only order him as the set with the sounds & travel box. And you can’t change the name on the Birth Certificate when ordering.
