Its no secret that Disney Springs is known for its shopping and dining.
Even though its express location just permanently closed, one of our favorite places to dine is Wolfgang Puck Bar & Grill. So…of course we had to check out their newest menu addition!
As we were strolling and shopping through Disney Springs, we noticed something on the menu at Wolfgang Puck Bar & Grill…sorbet spritzers! These new concoctions are made with sorbet and either Prosecco or Moscato d’Asti.
These sounded too refreshing not to try one! We were going to try the Chef’s Recommendation, but they were out of blood orange sorbet at the time. We ended up going with the Kir Royale instead!
This treat is made with 2 scoops of raspberry sorbet, 2 scoops of lemon sorbet, and then topped with Prosecco. It may be fall, but the weather in Florida is still hot, so this was super refreshing!
These two sorbet flavors together are SO dreamy. They were not too sweet and not too tart, just the right balance. The lemon sorbet from this restaurant has been a favorite of ours for a while, so we were excited to try it in a new way. We also thought the Prosecco complimented the sorbet very well.
Overall, we thought this was a delight! The light flavors mixed with Prosecco make for a very refreshing treat. We would definitely recommend grabbing a spoon to eat/drink this one. This was a delicious way to consume sorbet and alcohol! We will continue to keep you updated on the latest treats we find around Walt Disney World!
