We recently spotted a moment in Disney World that gave us allllll the feels!
There’s no doubt about it, 2020 has been a crazy year for just about all of us. In fact, it looks like Elsa was even over it at one point! But we recently experienced something at Magic Kingdom that reminded us just how magical the parks can be.
There’s a lot to take in while strolling down Main Street, U.S.A. From the gorgeous Halloween decorations to the smell of tasty treats wafting from Main Street Confectionary, all of our senses light up as we make our way towards Cinderella Castle.
And sometimes we get to experience something extra-special on our journey through the park. It might be entertainment provided by Disney, like the new character cavalcades or the Dapper (or Cadaver) Dans. But occasionally, we’ll witness a magical moment outside of the ones provided by Disney.
That’s just the kind of moment we were witness to on a recent visit to Magic Kingdom. While making our way into the park, we saw a couple get engaged on Main Street and it had us crying happy tears!
Magical moments are still happening 💖 Congrats to these two who were engaged on Main Street yesterday! pic.twitter.com/Uhq4B8uBP7

I loved the video about why one should bring food to the park. Unfortunately, I was unable to download the sheet with information for those on special diets. Is there another way I can get it?
While in Disney World, I usually eat only in full service restaurants for lunch or dinner, so I can have a chef to consult with about the meal. I would love to know if there are quick service restaurants where I could find food on a very restricted diet.

My moment happened back in the 90’s. My best friend and I were in the Magic Kingdom sitting on a bench and two magical things happened. We looked down and there was a little mouse eating part of a popsicle and then we looked up and saw a perfect Mickey head in the clouds. We have pictures and still talk about that day. Both mice were just too cute.

I. Went to Snow Whites wishing Well to drop in a nickel for my much missed sister
She did the same when she wished for a baby sister and got one many years ago
BTW people don’t like seeing others cry at Disneyland

On our last visit to WDW we visited Tusker House in Animal Kingdom and the characters dance around the restaurant with the children. My daughter was trying to line up but other bigger children were going first, until Mickey Mouse took her hand and she danced around the restaurant with him. This was so amazing for our family to see and something that we would be lucky to happen again!

I’d like to think I’m going to make some magic for others on our next trip. I’ve been a huge Disney pin collector for years. I’ve accumulated a lot of pins that I don’t want to frame or are characters I don’t collect. I also have my mom’s MM pins that she left me after she passed away. I want to take all those pins to the parks and (with Clorox wipes in hand) give them to kids, older folks, anyone who needs a smile…you get the idea. Hopefully the pins will brighten many people’s day.
I’m open to any suggestions about doing this during covid. Will wiping them down as I hand them be enough?

I didn’t think they’d let you take your mask off to propose. Is it the norm now that they will if you tell the Photo Pass photographer beforehand? Reason I ask is because I plan on proposing when we go in less than 2 weeks and this would change my whole plan (for the better).

Need 2 Be Anonymous: Congratulations on your upcoming proposal! We definitely can’t say for 100% sure that it’s allowed, however it appeared that this gentleman had worked it out with the Cast Member prior to the actual proposal. We recommend talking to Guest Relations to see what they can do for you. Good luck!
