Hello, fall! We love this time of year because it brings so many wonderful autumn comfort flavors that involve apples, cinnamon, and of course, PUMPKIN!
We’ve already tried SO many pumpkin goodies this year: pumpkin fudge, pumpkin pancakes, caramel pumpkin cupcakes, and pumpkin Rice Krispie treats. If it’s pumpkin, we’re going to eat it.
So when we spotted the Pumpkin Bread over at BoardWalk Bakery at Disney’s BoardWalk Inn, we were first in line to grab a piece of that yumminess for ourselves. And it did NOT disappoint.
This bread is just slightly sweet, so it’s a perfect snack or breakfast for those who want something that’s not so overwhelmingly sugary. The cake itself is very moist and full of pumpkin flavor. (FYI — our reviewer was not a huge pumpkin fan and she still enjoyed this, so it’s not obnoxiously pumpkin-y!)
Just look at those swirls of spicy goodness. And on top is a sweet combo of Cream Cheese and Sugar.
A slice of Pumpkin Bread is $3.29, and we think this is something that would compliment a cup of hot coffee in the morning. Maybe even a Pumpkin Spice Latte? We’re still trying out all the fall goodies we can find at Disney World, so we’ll keep you updated on everything we eat!

I love pumpkin bread and make it at this time of year. I add yellow raisins and chopped pecans to the batter and when cooled I add a swirl vanilla glaze on top…..delicious. The cream cheese sounds delicious too. Is there a recipe for it?
