The book itself was written by Megan Roth and illustrated by Alina Chau, Federica Frenna, and Tara Nicole Whitaker. In the pages below, you can see Ariel with Flounder and Sebastian, looking at a painting under the sea as Ariel dreams of being part of the human world.

Based on the (again, beautiful) back cover, the book features several different Disney princesses in it, including Mulan, Cinderella, Rapunzel, and Jasmine.
