Whether you’re preparing for the virtual Disney Princess Half Marathon next weekend or looking to add a few workouts to your week, Disney got you covered. We recently saw a Beauty and the Beast-themed workout to get you thighs like Gaston, and now we have some more princess-inspired exercises!
Set up next to your TV and turn on The Princess and the Frog, because every time a certain action happens on screen, you’ve got an exercise to do with it! Did someone mention beignets? Time for a side squat walk!
