Is it just us, or is Moana having a MOMENT at Disney World?
Characters say hello from a distance right now!
Between her upcoming EPCOT attraction, her own Disney+ series, the Moana-themed rooms taking shape at Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort, her Character Cavalcade appearances, and all the recent merch, it seems like the Disney star is suddenly as popular as Baby Yoda! The hype shows no signs of slowing, especially at the Polynesian, where we spotted a NEW Moana mug LOADED with unique artwork!
As guest rooms at the resort continue their Moana-themed transformation, the Disney World hotel is quickly becoming headquarters for the Hawaiian Princess.
Moana Mercantile
Fittingly, her namesake shop, Moana Mercantile, is increasingly filling with new merch, including a particularly eye-catching mug that’s filled to the brim with interesting illustrations!
Moana!
Seriously, this thing is INTRICATE. It’s an over-sized yellow mug with a handle that looks like Maui’s fish hook (!!), and the fun doesn’t stop there!

Bright blue silhouette illustrations are ALL over the mug, showing Moana and Maui…

…along with a BUNCH of other fun touches inspired by the movie!
Moana mug
There are stars, there are waves, there are mountains! There’s a lot of Hawaiian scenery happening here, and we honestly haven’t been so transfixed by a mug.
