As the situation with the COVID-19 pandemic has developed, we’ve seen a number of things in different states start to open up again.
Over in California, Disneyland’s theme parks have reopened. Not too long ago, we also shared a look at when Broadway could reopen in New York City. Now we’ve got a big update on when Broadway will open up once again and when you can start to buy tickets!
According to a Tweet from New York Governor Andrew Cuomo, “Broadway shows will be ready to open September 14 at 100% capacity.”
Governor Cuomo also noted that tickets for Broadway shows will start going on sale starting TOMORROW, May 6th.
Governor Cuomo stated, “Broadway is major part of our state’s identity and economy, and we are thrilled that the curtains will rise again.”
We’ll keep an eye out for more information and let you know what we see!
