Are you planning a trip to Hawaii?
If so, you might have plans to visit Aulani, A Disney Resort & Spa, where you can meet some cool characters and attend a fun luau. But if you’re not actually planning to stay there, you might want to get updated on the latest policy change that could affect your visit.
Effective on September 13th, ONLY guests staying at Aulani will be able to use the resort’s food and beverage spots. This includes quick service and takeaway locations. So guests who have not booked a stay at the resort will not be able to get food and drinks there.
Per the City and County of Honolulu guidelines, all guests ages 12 and older must show proof of full vaccination or a negative COVID-19 test taken within 48 hours for those who can dine on property.
So if you really want to eat and drink at Aulani, your best bet is to book a stay there — and the resort is currently accepting reservations through 2022. If you are visiting Hawaii and want to visit Aulani, just note that you’ll have to make dining arrangements elsewhere.
We’re tracking policy changes at all of Disney’s properties, so stay tuned for more updates.
