If you’ve ever been walking right down the middle of Main Street, U.S.A., then you’ve probably seen Cast Members appearing as though they’re about to float away as they hold giant bunches of the famous Mickey balloons.

But, have you ever wondered how those balloons are made (it’s like a balloon within a balloon…how is that even POSSIBLE?)? Well, wonder no more because Disney Parks recently shared an Instagram reel that gives us a behind the scenes look at how the magic is made.
In the Instagram reel, we’re shown the process of how each balloon gets blown up every day. (Spoiler alert: they blow up the Mickey part first, THEN the outside).

Once all of the balloons are blown up, it’s time to head out onto Main Street to start selling them!
