If you’ve got a Disney World trip coming up in the next few months, it’s time to start planning your dining!
Whether you’re inside that 60-day dining reservation window or you’ve got a ways to go, it’s not too early to start thinking about where you’d like to eat. There are several relatively new restaurants in Disney World that you might want to check out, or you could go with an old favorite. But if you’re heading to one classic Disney spot in particular, you’ll want to know about a big schedule change!
At Disney’s Fort Wilderness Resort & Campground, a popular spot for many guests is Trail’s End Restaurant. This restaurant serves family-style feasts with classic southern cooking. But you might want to check the calendar if you’re planning a visit soon.
From now through the end of the calendar (which is currently mid-February on the Disney World website), Trail’s End doesn’t have hours listed on Tuesdays or Wednesdays. Currently, the restaurant is only operating Thursday-Monday each week.
If this is a staple for your Disney World trip, you might want to consider planning your park days based on the restaurant’s hours of operation. And while you’re at it, we recommend checking the calendars for any other must-do restaurants on the Disney World website, just in case.

At least they will let you use the tables that are inside Trails End when you order from P&J’s takeout on those days. Or at least they did a week ago. More comfortable than sitting on the benches outside.

First off, you need a Disney Midtown place ro eat, a Farmers Narket, Artisanal food court with a fireplace in a cental court surounded by booths easy to see, semi-casual nighttime
place for adults ,older kids, and an ,’at dusk for families”
to support other diner experiences guests may enjoy an easygoing warmer staffed by dusk, and later night time fair.
Everyone loves a farmers market and they really love eating at one, with servers, music and hosted time venues and
quality front house feels with a few easy to get to
spaces.

Sounds liek they are getting ready to ditch this location all together, its so sad its always been an enjoyable location away from the hustle and bustle. .its bad enough they canceled thanksgiving here completely and it was a traditional yearly spot for many. cut cut cut .

This isn’t a change in schedule. Trail’s End has been open only Thursday thru Monday since it reopened after the shut down. o

The schedule is the same as it’s been since reopening from COVID. The real issue here is the change from buffet to family style. We’ve only been back one time since they took away the buffet and it’s always been one of our favorites. We won’t be back as long as there is no buffet.
