Part of the appeal of building your own house is the ability to fully customize it to your needs and taste.
For most people, this means adding an at-home gym or extra office. But for Disney fans, this is their opportunity to really go all out!
Park Square, a vacation home company based in Orlando, recently debuted a new model of their Paradiso Grande vacation home community they are currently developing and Orlando Business Journal is taking us inside. The community is located off of International Drive in Orlando, making it a prime spot for frequent Disney guests. This isn’t your typical vacation home despite looking like it from the outside.
Once you step inside, at first it still appears to be a standard luxury house. The main living and dining area is decorated in a neutral color scheme with plenty of space for entertaining or relaxing. But just wait until you see the rest of the rooms!
Check out this awesome Star Wars-inspired room! This bonus room has tons of space for hanging out. It comes with both a wet bar AND a Stormtrooper!
Looking up, they’ve even carried the theme up to the ceiling. Talk about total immersion! There are several other themes featured throughout the house.
Here, you can see this Spider-Man bedroom. This would be great for kids, with this bunkbed accommodating 3. The decor in here is extremely detailed.
More of a Jurassic Park fan? Stay in this bedroom filled with dinosaurs and movie memorabilia that will make you feel like you might just see a triceratops in your bathroom!
Check out this amazing door that looks just like Abuela’s from Encanto! This door leads right into …
… an entire Encanto-inspired room! This incredible indoor tree house is like a mini version of Casita. Up the stairs is a single bed, with another bed located below. The kids will definitely fight over who gets to sleep here.
The theme continues into this closet featuring Antonio and one of his feathered friends. Whoever did the artwork for this model home really knew their stuff!
The homes in the new Paradiso Grande community range in size from 2,913 to 6,374 square feet, with the largest homes including 15 bedrooms and 15.5 bathrooms like this model home featured here. Prices begin at $976,990 and 74 lots have sold already. Remember, if you choose to build with this company, it will just be a standard vacation house. This photos above are for the model home, which aim to give you inspiration for what you can do with your own home. We can’t wait to see what some of the other homes will look like once completed!
While on the topic of accommodations, here’s some tips on what to do if you can’t get the hotel reservation you were hoping for!
