Proposing at Disney World…a dream for many and a nightmare for some! (hello, that’s a LOT of attention.)
The Wishing Well!
Disney proposals can go one of MANY ways — whether you’re proposing in front of Cinderella Castle, on a private fireworks cruise, or in front of your favorite attraction! However, a fan-favorite proposal spot is by the Cinderella Wishing Well close to Cinderella Castle!
Today, we saw the aftermath of a proposal in Magic Kingdom by Cinderella Wishing Well. It left us confused and really made us wonder how this particular proposal went…but we THINK it’s a good sign that we found an empty ring box on the edge of the well!
The ring box was left behind!
This proposal either went really well or really poorly! While it’s possible that the couple abandoned the ring box and the proposal entirely, we’re pretty sure that they were just so excited and in the moment that they left the box behind. So congratulations to whoever got engaged in this spot today!
Cinderella Castle View
This brings up a GREAT topic… KNOW YOUR PARTNER before planning a Disney World proposal. Disney World is a very busy place, and Disney proposals are known to bring in lots of attention. Plus, you should think about whether or not your partner will want to forever have Disney World and their engagement in the same memory.

My son in law proposed to my daughter at the wishing well. A photo pass photographer just happened to be walking by and took photos. It was so magical! My daughter loves Disney and could not have happened at a better place!
